Privacy and deletion
Your account’s Privacy page (/account/privacy) manages session security,
analytics preferences, data retention, and account lifecycle.
Active sessions
Section titled “Active sessions”The Active sessions panel lists all devices currently authenticated to your account, including device information, operating system, IP address, and last active timestamp.
You can terminate any remote session individually. To terminate your current session, sign out from the user menu.
Product analytics
Section titled “Product analytics”Disabled by default. When enabled, Telmoni collects basic operational page navigation events to identify errors and UX friction points. It never collects API tokens, credentials, or workspace payloads.
Deleting an organization
Section titled “Deleting an organization”Only an organization Owner can delete an organization. Deletion is initiated
from the Danger zone in Organization Settings
(/organization/settings):
- Request a 6-digit confirmation code, which is emailed to your address and remains valid for 15 minutes.
- Enter the confirmation code to confirm deletion.
- Access ends immediately for all members, and all API keys stop functioning.
Restoring a deleted organization
Section titled “Restoring a deleted organization”For 14 days following deletion (RESTORE_WINDOW_SECONDS), the organization
remains in a soft-deleted state (pending_deletion). During this window:
- The organization appears under Deleted organizations on the Owner’s
Privacy page (
/account/privacy). - Selecting Restore reactivates the organization, restoring all projects, members, API keys, and notification channels exactly as they were.
After 14 days have elapsed, the automated deletion sweep permanently erases the organization, its projects, and all associated data.
Deleting your account
Section titled “Deleting your account”Account deletion is permanent and performed from the Danger zone on your
account’s Privacy page (/account/privacy).
Ownership pre-check
Section titled “Ownership pre-check”Account deletion is blocked if you are the Owner of an organization containing other members. You must either:
- Transfer ownership to an Admin.
- Remove all other members from the organization.
- Or delete the organization from its settings page.
Deletion procedure
Section titled “Deletion procedure”- Select Delete account and request an email confirmation code.
- Enter the 6-digit confirmation code (valid for 15 minutes).
- Confirm permanent deletion.
What happens when your account is deleted
Section titled “What happens when your account is deleted”- Organizations you exclusively own: Marked for immediate deletion and permanently purged. There is no 14-day restore window for organizations destroyed via account deletion.
- Other organizations you belong to: You are removed from all other organizations and projects. Workspace audit logs record your departure.
- Notifications: Feed notices referencing your account are anonymized (e.g., “A former member joined”).
- Authentication: Your password hash or identity provider association is erased, your user record is purged, and all active sessions are terminated immediately.
